1). LEAP Project Preceptor Course

A ten module course free to preceptors of community health nursing students. This can be accessed free of charge at http://www.son.wisc.edu/leap/preceptor

 

2). Moraine Park Technical College - 2010 Events:

Adult Information Session  2:30-6:00 pm	Mar 10 Apr 13 May 12	Held simultaneously on all campuses: Fond du Lac, West Bend and  Beaver Dam	Open to high school students as well as returning adults.
Career Tours  9-11:45 am	March 3  March 9  April 13  April 15	West Bend  Fond du Lac  Beaver Dam  Fond du Lac	Open to high school students, grades 9-12. Students must preregister online at: www.morainepark.edu/careertours

3).  Marian University

Marian University School of Nursing

With a reputation of excellence, Marian University has been preparing nurses for the rigors and changing needs in the nursing field for over 40 years. Marian offers the following nursing degrees:

Degree Programs for RNs (RN to BSN and RN to MSN)

Accelerated format, meeting two evenings per week

RN students may choose to earn a BSN only, both a BSN and MSN degree, or a MSN degree only

Master of Science in Nursing

Accelerated format with specialties in Adult Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Educator

      Degree completion in 2 ½ years of full-time enrollment or the benefit of a creative calendar that affords a part-time course load at any point in time

      Cohort or group starts for baccalaureate and graduate studies are conveniently located in Fond du Lac, Appleton, Madison and West Allis.

4). University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh

UWOSH CON Graduate Program offers the following avenues to an advanced nursing degree. Many online/hybrid courses allow students to continue working.

Master's degrees:

Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL):--Improve quality, safety, and outcomes, while coordinating care and maintaining a patient focus.

Nurse Educator: Expand your marketability by getting an advanced degree in nursing.

Family Nurse Practitioner: Help meet the need for primary health care providers while expanding your role with an opportunity for advancement to the DNP.

Doctoral degrees:
