About FVHCA

The Counties We Serve

The FVHCA serves the same 7 county area as the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board. The counties include: Calumet, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Outagamie, Waupaca, Waushara, and Winnebago.

FVHCA History & Meetings

The Fox Valley Health Care Alliance (FVHCA) is a subgroup of the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board and was formed in October 2004. Full group meetings are held every other month in Oshkosh and anyone with an interest in improving the state of healthcare in the Fox Valley area is welcome to attend! Please see below or the "Please Join Us" tab for more information on how you can join our group.

As a healthcare alliance, we are a team of the best organizations in the Fox Valley. It's a team that starts with the components - Secondary and Post-Secondary Education Institutions, Healthcare Providers, County Health Departments, Nationally recognized Healthcare Institutions, and the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board.

FVHCA Executive Committee

The FVHCA has an Executive Committee which serves as the alliance’s leadership team. The Executive Committee has developed a set of organizational guidelines which provides further information on the group’s structure. Click here for a listing of our members: Executive Committee.

Norma Tirado (Agnesian) served as the FVHCA’s first chairperson (2004-2006); Linda Mingus (Aurora) served as chair from 2006 through 2008, and Zoe Cujak (FVTC) and Kristen Finnel (MPTC) are the current co-chairs. Kathy Duchac (Agnesian) is the current chair elect.

Each year, the Executive Committee develops work metrics and prioritizes projects for the coming year based on member needs. It is truly a working group that listens to member feedback!
